Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, LSW, LPC)

Why therapists choose Urban Wellness
At Urban Wellness, we’ve built a group practice designed to support you—not burn you out.
This is a great fit if you’re looking for:
- A consistent caseload (no marketing required)
- W-2 employment with benefits (health insurance, PTO, CEU support)
- A sustainable pace (25 sessions/week max—not a quota to exceed)
- Support (paid onboarding, supervisor, community, full-service admin team)
- A team that prioritizes inclusion, clinician wellness, and community
Our clinicians are the heart of our practice—and we’ve intentionally built systems to support your clinical work, not get in the way of it.
What you’ll do

Our values
We are committed to creating a space that is:
- Inclusive and affirming
- Anti-racist and culturally responsive
- Rooted in relationships and community
- In service of our communities
We’re especially interested in clinicians who are passionate about serving diverse populations and bringing their full selves into the work.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are licensed (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT, LSW, LPC in Illinois)
- Have experience working with individuals, couples, or families
- Value collaboration, growth, and community in your workplace
How we support your caseload and clinical work
We don’t expect clinicians to build their own caseloads—we support you in reaching and maintaining a full, sustainable schedule.
- Consistent referral stream through established partnerships and marketing
- Dedicated administrative team that manages scheduling, billing, and client communication
- Active support in filling cancellations and maintaining your caseload over time
- Structured onboarding to help you ramp up to a full caseload
In addition to operational support, we prioritize clinical connection and collaboration:
- Regular consultation and case support opportunities
- Access to experienced clinicians and supervisors
- A team environment where collaboration is part of your weekly experience—not an added task
